What is Smiles From the Heart?

Smiles From the Heart is one of the ways our team gives back to the communities we are honored to serve.

Each year, our doctors and team members volunteer their time and talents to make this event possible. It is a day dedicated to helping individuals who may be facing financial barriers to dental care.

Rooted in compassion, dignity, and service, Smiles From the Heart reflects our belief that access to care matters. It is our privilege to care for neighbors who trust us with their smiles.

Purpose: To provide essential dental services to individuals who may not otherwise have access to care.

Who It Serves: Community members experiencing financial hardship or lacking dental coverage.

How It Works: Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis and may receive one treatment during the event.

Our Commitment: To deliver care with respect, kindness, and clinical excellence.

Important Event Details

First come, first served: Patients will be seen on a first come, first served basis. Early registration is not available

Services offered: Patients may choose ONE of the following treatments: cleaning, filling, extraction.

Capacity limits by location: Each location will serve a limited number of patients.

Registration time window and line expectation: Registration will start at 7:45 AM and end at noon or when the patient maximum is reached, whichever comes first. Patients may anticipate a line and are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather.

Wisdom teeth limitation and treatment not guaranteed: To best care for patients safely, deeply buried or hard to reach back teeth (wisdom teeth) cannot be treated during Smiles From the Heart. If you have ever been told you need to see an oral surgeon for a wisdom tooth, this treatment cannot be provided at this event. The doctor will evaluate your situation to determine if treatment is appropriate, however treatment is not guaranteed following evaluation.
